日の下で神から賜わったあなたの空なる命の日の間、
あなたはその愛する妻と共に楽しく暮すがよい。
これはあなたが世にあってうける分、
あなたが日の下で労する労苦によって得るものだからである。

Enjoy life with your wife, whom you love,
all the days of this meaningless life that God has given you under the sun–
all your meaningless days.
