Jeremiah 1:6-8

エレミヤ 1:6-8

 

“Ah, Sovereign LORD,” I said,

“I do not know how to speak; I am only a child.”

But the LORD said to me, “Do not say, `I am only a child.’

You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you.

Do not be afraid of them, for I am with you and will rescue you,” declares the LORD.

そこで、私は言った。

「ああ、神、主よ。ご覧のとおり、私はまだ若くて、どう語っていいかわかりません。」

すると、【主】は私に仰せられた。

「まだ若い、と言うな。

わたしがあなたを遣わすどんな所へでも行き、わたしがあなたに命じるすべての事を語れ。

彼らの顔を恐れるな。

わたしはあなたとともにいて、あなたを救い出すからだ。‐‐【主】の御告げ‐‐」
